At Gatta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Gatta account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the products are unworn and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
